We only charge for Cloud access. That supports the cloud infrastructure and security that keep you connected away from home.

The useful details.
Does Kaevo include movies or TV shows?
No. Kaevo is a player and companion for your own Jellyfin library. You provide the server and media you have the right to access. A Cloud subscription pays for access, not a movie catalog.
What if I have more than six profiles?
Local profiles remain unlimited. Cloud Individual covers one selected profile and Cloud Family covers up to six. Choose which profiles have Cloud access; the others can continue using Local access.
How do the trial and subscription work?
Eligible subscribers can start a seven-day free trial. Afterward, Individual is US$0.99/month and Family is US$6.99/month. Apple shows your eligibility, local price, and renewal terms before confirmation. Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple’s subscription settings.
